We only publish genuine reviews, with the written consent of the person who gave them. Each one shows a first name or initial, the reviewer's relationship to the person receiving care, their area and the date.
We Are Collecting Our First Written Reviews
Cambridge Care Services has grown mostly by word of mouth, and we are now asking the families we support for their permission to share what they have told us. Rather than publish anything we cannot stand behind, this page will fill up with genuine, consented reviews as they arrive.
In the meantime, the most honest reference we can offer is a conversation. Call us, ask us hard questions, and ask to speak to families we already support.

If we support you or someone in your family, your honest feedback helps other families make one of the hardest decisions they will face, and it helps us improve. You can leave a review in whichever place suits you:
- Google. Search for Cambridge Care Services and use the Write a review button on our profile.[CONFIRM: add the direct Google review link once the Google Business Profile is verified.]
- homecare.co.uk. The independent home care review site used across the UK.[CONFIRM: claim the homecare.co.uk listing and add the direct review link.]
- Directly to us. Call the office or tell your carer. If you are happy for us to publish your words here, we will ask for your written consent first.
