Home Care Services in Cambridge
Nine ways we support people to live well at home, across Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire.
No two people need the same care, so we never sell a fixed package. Some families come to us for a single morning visit. Others need a live in carer within days of a hospital discharge. Whatever your starting point, we will talk it through honestly and help you work out what is actually needed.

Not Sure Which Service You Need?
Most families are not certain when they first call, and that is completely normal. You do not need to know the right term for what you are looking for. Tell us what a typical day looks like at the moment and what is becoming difficult, and we will explain the realistic options, including anything that might be funded by the local authority or the NHS.

How Our Care Works
- 1
Talk to our care team
A short, unhurried conversation about the situation, with no pressure and no obligation.
- 2
Free home assessment
We visit at a time that suits you, meet everyone involved and look at the practical detail of the home and the daily routine.
- 3
Your personalised care plan
We write the plan with you, agree the visit times and set out exactly what each visit will cover.
- 4
Your matched carer, then regular reviews
We match a carer on skills, language, personality and interests, then review the plan regularly and adjust it as things change.
Care Built Around the Person
Continuity of carers. We work hard to send familiar faces, because trust cannot be rebuilt every visit.
A locally based team. Our office is in Sawston, so you speak to people who know the area and the local services.
Careful matching. Our carers come from across Europe, Africa and Asia, and we match on personality and shared language wherever we can.
Plans that adapt. Care is reviewed with you, not decided for you, and it can increase or reduce as needs change.
Clear communication. You will always know who is visiting, when and what happened.
Where We Provide Care
All nine services are available across Cambridge city, Sawston and the surrounding villages of South Cambridgeshire. If you are just outside our usual area, please still get in touch, as we may still be able to help.
