Care Jobs in Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire
Proper training, rounds built around where you live, and a team that answers the phone.
Care work is demanding and it is not for everyone. But if you are the sort of person who notices when someone is struggling and does something about it, this job will use every bit of that. You will get full training, a manageable round, and coordinators who know your name.

Why Carers Stay With Us
Rounds that make sense
We plan by geography, so you are not driving across the county between two calls in the same hour.
Visits with enough time
Rushed care is bad for the person and demoralising for the carer. We build the round to fit the plan, not the other way round.
Continuity
You are matched to a small group of people and you see them regularly. You get to know them properly, which is the part of this job that makes it worth doing.
Someone answers the phone
If something is wrong at a visit, you reach a person who knows the client, not a call centre.
Training that continues
Induction before you work alone, then ongoing training, supervision and spot checks that are about support rather than catching you out.
Honest about the job
We will tell you what the work actually involves at interview. Nobody benefits from a surprise on day one.
