Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

Our commitment

Many of the people this website serves are older, under stress or using assistive technology, so accessibility is not an afterthought here. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site.

What we have done

  • Body text is never smaller than 16px, and the site remains readable at 200 percent zoom
  • Colour contrast is checked against WCAG AA, and no information is conveyed by colour alone
  • The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus states
  • Every form field has a visible label, plain English error messages and tap targets of at least 44px
  • Every meaningful image has descriptive alternative text
  • Animations respect your device's reduced motion setting, and the most sensitive pages use minimal motion by design
  • Pages use a logical heading structure and landmarks for screen reader navigation

Known limitations

We review the site regularly, and where something falls short we want to fix it. If you find a page or feature that does not work with your technology, please tell us and we will address it.

Tell us if something is not working

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you need information from it in another format such as large print, contact us on 07917 611 425 or at info@cambridgecareservices.co.uk. A person will help, and you can always call instead of using any form on this site.

Enforcement

If you contact us about accessibility and are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which supports the enforcement of the Equality Act 2010.
