Care is delivered by people, not brochures. These are the people behind Cambridge Care Services, from the registered manager who holds legal responsibility for the service to the carers you will see at the door.
Registered Manager

The People Behind Every Visit
Care coordinators
The people who answer the phone, plan the rotas and keep every care plan up to date. When something changes at a visit, they are the ones who sort it the same day.
Field supervisors
Out in Cambridge and the villages carrying out assessments, spot checks and carer supervisions, so quality is checked where care actually happens.
Our carers
The reason anyone recommends us. Our carers come from across Europe, Africa and Asia, are DBS checked, referenced and trained before they visit anyone, and are matched to the people they support on personality and shared language as much as on skills.
How We Build This Team
Everyone you meet has been interviewed in person, referenced and enhanced DBS checked before their first visit. New carers complete induction training and shadow shifts with experienced colleagues before they ever work unsupervised, and every carer receives ongoing training, supervision and unannounced spot checks.
Just as importantly, we recruit for the things training cannot teach: reliability, patience and genuine warmth. If you are that sort of person, we would like to hear from you.
